"When we move into the apartment, it was not move in ready. We had a sink with no handles and a shower with no shower head. Bathtub took a day to drain and the kitchen sink had the same problem. There is obvious water damage throughout the our whole apartment. I once came home for work and had the top part of the frame for the door fall on my head. It took the property manager about 2 weeks to come fix the kitchen sink and then another 2 weeks to drain the bathtub. We fixed the bathtub ourselves by snaking the drain and removing the clog that had most likely been there till the last tenet moved out. The kitchen sink was never fixed and now we get a what can only be described as a sewage backup to our sink. We would come home and see dirty blue and black water in the sink. It covered anything we had it the sink with something like tar. But on the bright side maybe you won't have most of these problems when you move in. He has been fixing up the apartment in the other buildings, but you will run into the maintenance problem and it will take him a while to fix it. Also price is the only reason we chose to stay here."
