"What can you say, it's a car rental place! The staff are friendly and work with you if you call with questions. The cars are in good shape and get you where you need to go. My last rental didn't have the same bells and whistles as my daily driver but it was adequate enough for what it is."

"Absolutely terrible experience. I drove here from Logansport and called ahead of time to verify they would take my CashApp which they said they would. When I got there they refused to accept my CashApp card and I even tried several more cards like QuickBooks and PayPal which they would not accept. I even tried to use another persons card and they wouldnt take that unless it was a credit card. What forms of payment do they actually take? It's very frustrating driving all the way there and they verify ahead of time they can take these payment methods but then don't. I had plenty of money in my account but they wouldn't take it. On top of all this they will allow you to make reservations online but then there aren't any vehicles available. I had to call several times days before to verify I could get a vehicle. So at the end of all this don't rent through Enterprise. Find a different company, or start your own rental car company. They will do everything but work with you. Horrible horrible experience. Oh, and you can't pay with cash either."
