"This is by far the WORST place I have ever lived just due to management. Management is the worst I have ever worked with... we had 4 different ones while I lived here and they ALLL were terrible. We had issues from day 1... they would never answer our phone calls, when it was move in day no one met us at the apartment and the door was just unlocked and open...., we put in multiple maintenance request and half of the stuff never ever got fixed, the portal was never up and working and I had to drive 25 minutes every month to drop the rent check off & I have been trying to get ahold of them for months to get an update on our deposit and no one will get back to me. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!! Worst experience I have ever had...."

"The management is absolutely terrible. My ac has been broken for over half a year and they even had someone come out and confirm it was broken. But still no fix. Temperatures are starting to rise and each time I call they seem annoyed with me despite me paying $2k/month for a place with no ac. Strongly recommend you avoid having to deal with them"

"Property management might be the worst I have ever experienced. We have been in contact with them since Dec. 15th about our fridge/freezer breaking down. It is now Jan. 11th and the issue has not even been addressed. We have had to throw out of $200+ worth of food because it has gone bad. We no longer can go to the grocery because we cannot maintain food properly. We are now at the point where we are withholding rent to get there attention since they keep ignoring us. The fact that Herron Property Management has 2 stars on google makes perfect sense. I would never live anywhere that they manage again and I would absolutely not recommend this property to anyone I know!!"

"I really was excited about this property, but when I arrived I found out that though it is a townhome, there is almost no existence of a yard. The units that back up to the Monon trail, literally back up to it. maybe 10 feet from you door to it. There is no separation between you and your neighbors outside, this is a disadvantage. I was also surprised that you needed a parking sticker, but their was no assigned parking even though the parking spots where right outside the unit doors. Ultimately, I found this property to be more than I wanted to pay for the experience I felt it was promising me. You may find it to be just the place for you. I hope you find it to be a great home."
