"Update guys nothing has changed lol they actually put more effort into replying back to google reviews then they do anything else that has to do with the apartment and surprise!! Make sure you pay your rent on time even though you’re without hot water!!! in the middle of December winter I promise if you want to waste money and experience a nightmare this is the perfect place for you if you’re hardworking and a good person do not move here they’re just taking money and giving not even the bare minimum their efforts and improvements are zero!! Don’t do it seriously have a blessed life you won’t living here."

"I lived here one year and it changed management groups within the lease and the quality went down significantly. Maintenance always took a month minimum to come do something that wasn’t considered an emergency. The move out process was radio silent on their end. I emailed them my move out notice, never received confirmation, never got a move out list. On the day of move out, I attempted to give the keys back but no one was in the office for at least 20 minutes or near the vicinity to take my keys. I left them under the mat and emailed them about it because i couldn’t leave a voicemail. I never heard anything again regarding my move out, deposit, or anything. I called recently to see what was going on and they charged me the full rent for that month even though my lease ended the 15th. I paid my prorated share but was still charged a late fee and the rest of the month and my deposit was supposedly used for that. This whole experience was unprofessional and shady. Do not recommend to anyone (even though my unit is STILL available) also this is how dirty it was when i moved in :)"

"I recently had the opportunity to tour the apartment complex. The new units look amazing. Beautiful kitchens and baths. The grounds are immaculate. Spotless. Not a piece of trash on the grounds to be seen. Looks very well run."
