ReLive Physical Therapy - Crown Point

"I started PT after I was in a car accident 6-17-23, for my right hip. I was in a lot of pain. Then after my hip repair surgery 8-1-23 I continued PT after about a week until the end of December 2023. I still had until 1-25-24 for my last PT evaluation but had to keep rescheduling due to my husband's medical condition & right knee replacement surgery. I had to stop going to take care of my husband. My last visit with Dr. MK orthopedist was 1-31-24. He did my right hip repair surgery and it went well. Thank you Dr. During my time with ReLive Physical Therapy, I can say everyone was very professional, friendly, kind, and understanding with my situation. Jason was the 1st one I met when I started my PT, Kiko my main PT coach, Stephanie PT assistant, their helpers (sorry I forgot their names, beautiful young girls), one of them I believe was Haley, and Receptionist Jenny always so polite, and had a great attitude. Thank you to the most professional team!! I give them all 5 stars!!"

"When I first started physical therapy at ReLive, I had constant terrible pain in my back. I worked with Jazmin for about 8 weeks and have no pain. Not only did she help me physically, but she was always bright and friendly when I visited. She was great at listening and providing feedback where I needed it. My day was always better after my PT sessions with her and I learned so much. I hopefully will not need PT for the foreseeable future. If I do though, I will be going to ReLive to work with Darren and Jazmin."

"Therapist's are great. I had a big problem with my medical file not being read correctly. I was treated for a knee replacement but I also had a broken fibula. The few times I went to therapy the break was aggravated to the point that I couldn't walk anymore. I was also very embarrassed about the willingness of a payment plan. I repeatedly received notes from the therapist that I needed therapy 3 times a week. Because my co-payment was $40 a visit, the receptionist said that I could only come twice a week even though a payment plan was worked out. I was very embarrassed about being confronted about this in the office. Since the care I got did damage to my leg, I don't feel that I owe you anything. Therapists are great but your management. is not. I will not be coming back there. It's a shame to be humiliated in front of other patients when I checked in. I used your services before you changed hands and was very happy."

"Can't say enough about the staff particularly Jazz. They are so attuned to their patients' needs. So they will push when need be, explain and explain again patiently. The young lady who was being mentored & the receptionist we're also very helpful& kind. Their flexible scheduling was very much appreciated. Thank you"
