"Be careful going here! They incorrectly billed my insurance and I had to go through a lengthy process with their billing team and my insurance to get things billed properly. After spending six months on this and being told it was fixed three years later I was told by a debt collector there was still money owed via a phone call. Another two months went by trying to verify the debt with the collector and North Point. Numbers changed daily and drastically with the balance being as little as $600 to as high as $2400. No explanations for changes were given, and at no point could I get anything in writing, in email, or a bill sent to my house from either North Point or the debt collector. When I would ask and try to get a line item breakdown of charges and dates of service I was given dates where I wasn't even a patient there! Eventually they, and the debt collector that represented them, started threatening to sue me for the different amounts owed. I agreed to pay a number that, as far as I could tell, they pulled out of thin air. I eventually realized they would never actually give me a solid number in writing or a breakdown of services and I was tired of wasting my time on phone calls with their rude office staff so I paid it. Horrible experience."
