"Dr. Golden is the best and kindest vet i have ever known anywhere in the country! He has taken care of 3 Great Pyrenees amd two ragdolls for me. I take my dogs for vet services and for the best doggy daycare. Dr Golden often recommends lower costs natropathic or OTC products when other vets have recommended more expensive services and prescriptions. He has a heart for animals and people. His ENTIRE staff is amazing. The daycare staff are respectful, observant, and clearly love the dogs. I have seen them help older owners unload dogs out of their cars, and they create a very positive experience for the dogs. My dogs canf wait to see their friends, and love coming to the vet. Ive gotten training recommendations, and the staff are observant of behavior issues and doggie friendships. What's nice is if i need to drop a dog off for routine vet service, they can go to daycare during the day as well. I am able to work rest assured my pets are in the best hands. Dr. Harris is the second vet on staff and is also too notch! A great clinician that remembers each pet patient and parent. I never feel rushed, and all of my many questions are answered. My wishes regarding vaccinations and other things are respected. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff will call and text during the day to confirm potential charges and to affirm my agreement to move forward, so there are never any surprises. They phone app worls well on iphone and android, and it helps me to track all of the medicarions, vaccines for each of my pets. One of my cats had severe pancreatitis, and after doing all that could be done in office, Dr. Golden recommended Auburn University vet school's internal medicine practice, and even got my cat an emergency appointment when it would have taken months for me to get her an appointment there. One of my puppies died, and during his illness one Dr. Golden's vet techs actually took my puppy into their home during the weekend to ensure he could get the syringe feeding he needed, when I had been praying for help because it was too hard for me to do. Dr. Golden actually kept my puppy on the last nigh of his life. When he passed away they honored my wishes on a particular request for the paw imprint. The office mailed me a condolence card that was signed (with personal messages) from the entire office. That experience ouched me deeply. On a happier note, Dr. Golden has literally saved the life of 3 of my pets. After every visit they text to check on their patients, which I appreciate. Last, the front desk staff are always pleasent and professional. They also know every pet and pet parent, and create a great first and last impression for every visit. I cannot say enough good things about Golden Animal hospital, and have recommended then to neighbors and family members. My pets are my heart. I dont know where i would be without Dr. Golden and his amazing team."

"The staff were amazing. I had my 15 year old schnorkie pass away and the staff treated me better than hospitals when I've lost human family members. They were very comforting, sensitive and made sure I was okay before discussing anything that dealt with money.I am tempted to ask them to look at my aching wrist that I can't seem to get the VA to fix."
