"I cannot say enough good things about the the Saint John Athletico. The staff is incredible, and they have helped tremendously in my recovery. From the first time I called and encountered Lori the office manager who was so professional, kind and helpful, I knew I had chosen the right place. I have mainly worked with Colleen during my recovery and she has been nothing short of amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and proficient. She has years of experience and it shows in everything she does. On top of being very skilled in what she does, she is warm, friendly and easy going. Kelly the head PT is great, and also very skilled and knowledgeable. She runs a very well oiled machine. The atmosphere when I go to PT is a friendly one, and from observing things while I’m at my appointments, they treat each patient as an individual and not just a number. Ive seen them take a genuine interest in not only myself but other patients, and have watched them celebrate the victories of patients who have been working hard in PT. Scheduling appointments has been easy and they are always on time. If you have a choice in where you go to get your physical therapy, I would encourage you to go to Athletico in Saint John, you will not be disappointed."

"I was skeptical about how much physical therapy could help with my issues, but I am a believer now! My therapist, Kelly was amazing, she was professional, but always made me feel comfortable. The exercises she developed were specifically for my issues and a lot of my pain and swelling is gone! "I had my knee replaced in May of 2023. I had been here before for some back issues and came back because of that fantastic experience. Colleen just amazes me! She could have four patients at one time but doesn't miss a beat and has us all feeling like we are the only one there she is working on. My doc said no more outside therapy after today so I graduated to home only but I won't lie - I was so sad to leave this fine team. The other half of the team is Jamiere - a great guy who really cares about the patients and is an assistant currently still in school. I just know when he is done with school he will be one of the great PT people out there because he already is! The PT leader of the group Kelly was also fantastic but I did not see as much of her as I only went at night typically, but when I did go during the day she was extremely professional, explains things so well and a real asset to Athletico. I would remiss not to mention Lori ( I hope I spelled that right) who is the BEST organizer of it all and was always friendly and positive with scheduling and rescheduling when needed. All in all the BEST experience."
