"I toured this facility as my husband was needing to go to a rehab center. The staff was outstanding. Very proactive, friendly, and welcoming. While he did not go here for care, I rather wish he had. Where he is was chosen so his friends could more easily visit. Harbor Health has activities and communal dining, which is far more homelike than having everyone left alone in a room. Certainly, Covid caused issues, but seems to me it’s time to also address patients’ social and mental well-being. We have Covid vaccines now. Kudos to Harbor Health."

"If I could give them less than one star I would. The lack of care that this facility shows is crazy and what's even crazier is they get away with doing whatever they want. Giving patients halodol injections for not doing what they want to. You pretty much lose all rights you have as a person going here. You end up sick and they don't even properly dress and redress a wound to the point you eventually die because of septic shock. Then you get the hospital paperwork and find out that your loved one laid miserable having a stroke while they continued to neglect care. Dont worry though they will call you when the ship them off to a hospital and lie and tell you everything is ok so you dont get to say goodbye because obviously the most important thing to these health care workers is sitting on their hind end using a phone. If you want your family member to suffer irrevocably and never get the chance to tell them bye and have them decide what you can and can't have from them once they are gone ( that's of the things that they managed to not lose or throw away) and to also make sure that once your loved one has been confirmed dead that some other patient gets there phone and calls you from it over and over again then this is where you send them. Even the board of health is aware and agreed with the allegations. Don't bother commenting telling me to get ahold of an administrator they are just as worthless as the staff they trained to kill."

"My father in law was there recently and they took the best care of him! They have all new management and let me tell you it has changed! They are not just a nursing home, they are family! the building has been updated and you have to meet the new Director Cynthia! She cares! The changes they have made from 6 months ago when we had my mom there. I am truly greatful and impressed! You have options for where you send your loved ones but for my family this was the BEST choice! Thank you Cynthia for helping us! Thank you Harbor Health and Rehab for caring so much!"

"A 3.8 rating? KEEP DREAMING! I had a loved one there for a half an hour (that's as long as I could stand it), and it felt more like a mental health hospital than a rehabilitation facility. The nurses were clueless, the CNA's were like deers in headlights, and the urine smell was overwhelming! Stay as far away from this place as you can if you care about your loved ones!"

"This has been my third time coming to this facility. The first time was several years ago my brother was in here. I have to say back then I was not impressed. But now my aunt is here and this is the first time I've been there to see her. And I have to say totally different experience. It's been over 6 years since I was last here. I'm not sure if management has changed or maintenance has changed but there is definitely a change. And it's a change for the better. I was greeted at the door and walk through the check-in process. The receptionist pointed the way to my aunt's room. As I passed workers I was greeted friendly. I am impressed. When I reached the nurses station there was two young ladies sitting there they greeted me and showed me the way to my aunt's room. Very professional. While walking down the Halls and entering the room the one thing that I noticed how clean the place was. How well kept it was. Walls painted floors clean. That wasn't the experience I had over 6 years ago. Now when I enter the room I noticed how fresh it smelled. It made me feel like my aunt was in a safe place. And that means the most. So kudos to management and I have to give kudos to maintenance because I checked doors dressers refrigerators just to see. No complaints!"
