"This is the absolute worst place! I am going through old medical records after FINALLY being diagnosed w a Parathyroid Tumor from Hyperparathyroidism that I've had since 2016! 2018 I was seen at this urgent care which I see has changed names and my serum calcium was elevated and regular calcium was 10.7. Later results from 2018 show 11.4 Nothing was ever even brought to my attention!!!! It should have been told to me w you need to start monitoring your levels. 2019 it went up to 12. In 21 and 22 when I fell and broke both of my ankles it was at 12! I had to move to a other state where a nurse took my blood and it was at 11.6 or 12. I have needed surgery since 2016! This is ridiculous!"

"The doctor and nurse who saw my husband and me were absolutely wonderful, and took care of us with testing and prescriptions on Christmas Eve and Sunday afternoon. The receptionist was not welcoming and needs to have a lot more patience with sick, weak patients who are at an urgent care because they have nowhere else to go under the circumstances. It was difficult to even stand or talk at the window, (no chair,) and she didn't like how I told her what was wrong. Very impolite, no privacy at all from other patients right in front, and if I hadn't been trembling and so ill I would have left before ever getting the good care that we both really needed from the medical staff. If you can make it past the receptionist, you will get the care you need here."

"From checking in online with my chart to seeing the Dr., has been in my opinion the best experience I've ever had going to an urgent care facility. I 100% recommend Community's Urgent Immediate Care, to everyone. I'm definitely going to make this facility my first choice in health care. Everyone I dealt with was kind and courteous and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I also appreciate that wearing a mask was optional and not forced to wear one. Thank you for making my visit stress free."
