"When in for a DOT Medical Card. $120.. They scheduled me for 3x more visits for nothing-follow ups... $380 is what they charged me and still no Medical Card...I had to go back to the facility i started with.... Not Truck Driver friendly! Stay away.."

"The attending NP, Shatara Coleman, was very unprofessional. In light of how I described my symptoms, she gave a completely strange diagnosis with a prescription that made no sense. She didn't listen to me at all. When I walked out of her office I drove straight to the ER and received a sensible diagnosis and prescription and was competently treated. I will never trust any Minute Clinics again."

"I've been sitting in the waiting area for over an hour. I have an appointment at 2pm, making sure I showed up early because I know it takes time to see a health care provider. She walked out 20 minutes after I arrived. It's now 3 pm and there are at least 7 patients waiting to be seen. What's the point in "saving your place in line" if you're still waiting over an hour, maybe more, to see someone?"
