"*Pharmacy* I wish that I could give zero stars, just like the pharmacist careless and rude attitude that she displayed when I came in to get a prescription filled. Will not conduct business with CVS Pharmacy period."
"My experience with CVS without signing the location was great. Everything in the store was easier for me to find. The prices are magnificent."
"Picked up an RX and the pharmacist made sure I understood the dosage and if I had taken it before because of side effects. I had taken it before, but I appreciated the effort to ensure my understanding. Things like this show you care. Thanks, CVS!"
"Horrible customer service! After returning to this CVS for a third time to retrieve my filled prescription, I was poorly greeted by a Caucasian female. My 2-year-old autistic son was crying, and she clearly showed her dissatisfaction. Her attitude was terrible! In the middle of our conversation pertaining to prescription needs, she closed the window and never returned. Another female pharmacy technician completed my transaction. I have never felt so disrespected. I have used this pharmacy for years and never had an experience like this until now. Very disappointing!"
"This CVS is ripping some of its customer's off and they don't know it! The pharmacy sold me an over-the-counter supplement as a prescription at the regular price which was actually on sale for buy one get one free. I picked up the prescription at the window only to see that it was a CVS brand of over-the-counter supplements. This prompted me to look on line to see if I paid more for it as a prescription vs. coming into the store to buy it off the shelf. Sure enough, I paid $12 for one bottle when they were actually buy one get one free. I called them on it! Although I opened the bottle and took one of the pills they are refunding me. Be aware and ask questions when you're given a CVS brand as a prescription. You just may be paying more!!!"
