"The administrative staff is of the most heartless and non compassionate of the human race. My mom is severly injured and on hospice and its of no concern to them or her wellbeing and dying needs. I believe in my heart something evil is at play. I only want to shed light on the situation this is not a retaliation. The nursing and cna staff on her unit do care for my mom, they really have but somethings are out of their control."
