"They can send a RX to your pharmacy but can't seem to call the pharmacy back if you need a new refill. The pharmacy contacts them when your rx has ran out of refills but they don't return the pharmacy request for more refills. Not everyone can call during their office hours to tell them the pharmacy is requesting refills in your meds.They say we don't check that system!"

"My family has been seeing Market for 10 years. So let me tell you what happened. A nurse put my lab order in under the wrong doctor, so when my labs came back, instead of looking at my file and seeing that i was diagnosed with a thyroid issue he sends orders to have me referred to a specialist, likely to be diagnosed with said thyroid issue. So the receptionist calls to tell me this and i tell her No my primary is Market and im already diagnosed. She gets rude and doesnt answer my questions as I am rightfully confused. She did not care for my directness and apparently decided she was going to tell Market I was yelling at her and being rude. Now instead of asking me about it Dr Market decides to tell me at my appointment today to get a new primary because I was yelling at her staff. I told her thats fine but I didnt yell at her staff and so Market backtracks and says I can stay but because she is retiring at the end of the year that Ill have to be seen by one of the other doctors in the office. I told her no thanks I dont wish to stick with an office that allows their staff to be rude to the patient then lie about the encounter and be discharged like that. I had her discharge my family of 5 today and I wouldnt recommend her or her staff to anyone ever again. As this is not the first of encounter like this I have had in office but it will be the last. I thought she cared about her patients but I guess I was wrong. Happy retirement Market!!!"

"Don't waste your time with Providence. I have had now 2 bad experiences both with Dr Market, and Alexa Bigger Nurse Practitioner. Neither care about a patients well being or health! There are far better doctors out there then to waste your hard earned money on this place"

"Christopher Schmidt seems to be a great doctor. Everyone else in this office however is a massive aggravation and disappointment every time I have had to deal with them. Our last visit almost everyone we encountered from the second we walked in the door was extremely rude and short with us. They also couldn’t decide which room to put us in and did our evaluation in multiple different rooms all while treating us like we were inconveniencing them. Yet we’ve stayed because we liked Dr Schmidt. But now that one of his nurses has decided to yell at me when I tried to ask why they refused to release my own information to me I will be finding a new doctor for my family immediately. I refuse to be treated so poorly for any reason by someone who is supposed to be working in a field about caring for people. The woman I spoke to today in particular needs to be reprimanded or not allowed to work with people any more as I should have never needed to tell her that I was not yelling and she had no need to yell at me. And then she continued to yell. Unacceptable. I hope Dr Schmidt starts practice in a different location or starts realizing how nasty his staff treats his patients."
