"I hate to even give this place one star. The entire staff is exceptionally rude. Literally, everyone that works there including “Dr.” Dorothy Jones. Someone whom you would expect to be kind, respectful and helpful yet she is indeed very rude and couldn’t care less about her patients. They are very inconsiderate and do not inform or even attempt to communicate very important information to their patients. Which could result in you being in a avoidable situation, that could jeopardize your health. I know this for a fact because I am currently in a very unfortunate situation because of their lack of communication so please don’t waste your time going to this location or better yet dealing with Family Christian Health overall, please save yourself the time."

"Worst clinic in the area! Dorthy Jones is rude and beyond ignorant... This place doesn't provide excellent customer service nor do they care about their patients or their medical history... I'm not even sure if they know proper medicine... It's poorly managed, and the workers don't even seem to be thrilled to do what they do. This place and its rude staff needs to be gone!"

"I really want to give them less than one star because of the horrible customer service. The office manager is a complete joke. They delayed my cancer diagnosis because they lost my results from the mammogram. It was delayed one entire month that I will never be able to get back. Additionally, they declined my hypertension prescriptions because they said I hadn’t seen the doctor since July of 2023. When I tried to explain that I had just seen the doctor about a month ago to get a follow up, mammogram referral the blonde haired office manager, literally sighed and rolled her eyes up in the sky like a two-year-old child as I was speaking. They didn’t return my calls for a month . I had to go to the office on my lunch break. The office manager allowed the receptionist to disparage me right in front of my face. My last name is Murray and the receptionist Kept referring to me as Mrs. Murphy . I asked her if she was saying Murphy or Murray she replied Murphy. I asked her to update my records to the name on my drivers license which I had given to her. I explained that my name is Murray. She said to the office manager: “ I don’t appreciate people coming in here with a bad attitude and taking it out on me “. This little idiot proceeded to slam my license and my appointment paperwork on the counter without a word. The office manager was standing there! Allowing it! Dr Ted is Excellent, he needs to leave this office. The office staff declined my prescription for one month without contacting me or telling the pharmacist why."

"First of all this is one of the worst Healthcare Facilities I have ever know I had a appointment in October of this year it was canceled by Them they rescheduled my appointment the following month of November of this year it was also canceled So they leave a text message o a Saturday I have a doctor's appointment the third one Monday morning and they told me to go to Lynwood somewhere on Torrance remind you they didn't call I have no reasoning as to why I have been transferred from me walking up the street to see the doctor and been transferred to a facility I know nothing about So what I will be doing is collecting all my medical records from. FCHC and find a facility who cares about one's Health!"

"My oldest son had an appointment there on May 24, 2023 at 7:45am. They didn’t receive the shots records from the other facility but I was able to get them emailed to me. When I asked for an email to forward the shot records to they refused to take them. We arrive for his appointment by 7:00am and wasn’t even seen. This is the WORST clinic/hospital in the state. This place has horrible customer service and the the medical team doesn’t know how operate a clinic successfully."
