"I have been to this facility on about 3 or 4 occasions now and this last time will be THE LAST TIME! I cannot believe how unprofessional and rude the nurse practitioner was. I made an appointment to talk about my anxiety/depression medication and side effects I am experiencing.. I initially spoke to the M.A. as usual told her what was going on.. the N.P. Ebony Williams comes in and sits down and instantly gets loud and very ignorant with the most unprofessional attitude I have ever seen or heard from a medical professional in my life. Mind you I didn’t even say a word yet at this point because Initially I just stared at her in disbelief and then I let her know she was being very unprofessional and ignorant for no reason.. she did not like that and continued to talk crazy so I told her I can just go to a different doctor and she told me to leave so we exchanged words and I left.. I called back to speak to whoever owns this practice and of course they are “on vacation” this week.."
