"If I could give no stars I would.. I will look forward to the day this place gets shut down. The staff neglected my grandmother so badly that it caused her death. We have recordings of the nurses admitting to “altering” her charts and them admitting not providing the care she needed. Not to mention neglecting wound care, shoving medication/food down her swelling throat. Please do not send your family member here. This place needs to be burned to the ground."
