"Great visit! Clean and bright waiting room. Possibly the sunny day attributed to it. Kind, patient and pleasant front office staff. My wait time was short. The MA was knowledgeable, friendly and also pleasant answering my questions and listening. The Provider was knowledgeable, kind and pleasant. They also listened well to my experience of being unwell and answered questions I had about the suggested care planincluding the prescription. They also listened otherwise. "My daughter and I went on Friday for testing and had a professional, positive experience. Took my son on Saturday and Dr Thomas was top tier. Because it was Saturday I wasn't sure how everything would go but he was thorough and patient. Answered my questions and wasn't rushed. I've heard of situations where people go to clinics and have a horrible experience. Our experience was the best. I would recommend this location to anyone seeking after hours care. Although they are open daily. Superb service. Kudos to Whiting MEC!"
