"I booked a flight with Marvel Ballooning and it got cancelled for weather. In lieu of rebooking, I was offered a $250 gift card, despite my deposit being $298. When I tried contacting for a full refund instead of a gift card worth less than what I paid, I received no response at all. I recommend flying with Balloons over Bloomington instead. Not only did they accommodate on super short notice, the ride was cheaper and they even called in a pilot because they had been fully booked already. It’s a little further out from Indy but well worth it."
