"Was taken to Ball for pneumomediastinum and pancreatitis. The ER staff was lovely and I was well taken care of and checked in on. While I was at inpatient the nurses were a bit short and inattentive, I had asked for things that were never given to me like clean underwear or pain medication. Three separate people told me my outpatient meds had been sent to the right place, but they weren't. Three?? Come on. Overall I have good experiences here but I did feel a bit forgotten about at times. ER staff are incredible."

"Waited in the ER waiting room for 1 hour and 40 minutes. When I finally got back to a room they left me in the room without a nurse coming in for 30 minutes once the nurse came in she was nice and told me that she was going to wait for the doctor to come in before anyone touches my stomach so I’m like okay. I wait for 40 minutes before the doctor comes in she then says we are going to run some test but doesn’t tell me what test she ask me if I need any pain meds or nausea meds I said no nausea meds right now but I am in a lot of pain so I might need some pain meds she says okay I will have your nurse bring it in when it’s ready not telling me what they was going to order I have been waiting for 5 hours still no pain meds they had to poke me 4 times just to get a vein I have been here since 3 o’clock it is now 9:31 and still waiting on my CT scan I have been waiting since 4:50 for my CT scan I totally over this hospital definitely don’t recommend if you want to find out what’s going on with you anytime soon no to mention the floors in the bathroom are absolutely disgusting"

"The staff here were incredible! I want to mention Morgan, the radiology technician who was in charge of my CT Scan. She was so kind and made it as pleasant as possible. The lady at the check in desk was also very helpful and friendly."

"The best hospital experience I've had in my life. Thank you, nurse Jen, for taking such wholesome care of me. I can honestly say that the care i was given was a 10/10. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, and surgeons who took such wonderful care of me. I went in for appendicitis at 7am and was discharged around 2pm. Such an excellent group of hospital staff. I would highly recommend this hospital to anybody in the area. The compassion I was shown was outstanding. All my questions and concerns were answered. Thank you truly from the bottom of my heart."

"I had a bowel blockage. I was taken by ambulance and was seen right away. I spent 6 days in the hospital. The rooms were nice & the service was good. My only complaint that the GI tube was thicker than the normal tubing they use (it was all they had in stock) but when your life is at risk, you don’t complain. Also, my PIC line was put in wrong making it painful. But I enjoyed having a room to myself. I had no issues with the nurses. They were nice, helpful and attentive."
