Reviews
"This place is a joke cause you have people bringing drugs in there and you have staff members getting involved with patients in there!"
"They failed to help a single mother in need. I will never donate or refer to them again. This establishment is a waste of time, money and resources."
"Was escaping a domestic violence situation and was treated absolutely terribly by residents and staff on numerous occasions. Wasn’t allowed out for the night on Xmas eve to see my friend, and had been threatened by someone and had a man break in. Not safe and the food is not only repetitive but they barely cater to people’s dietary needs such as mushroom allergies and dairy allergies. When asked if the food had mushrooms I was told “I don’t know gotta figure it out i guess” I’d rather not go into anaphylactic shock but thanks. It felt like being on the streets was better than being here on multiple occasions"
"Newer facility built in 2017 to help local women in need of shelter and services. Thankful we have caring people and places like this in FW!"
"Im on the addictions side, there's this side and a side for victims of domestic violence. I love it here, but coming from treatment and jail, I'm grateful and humbled. How you look at the YWCA depends on where you're coming from and what your experience is. I cant share photos because of HIPPA and protecting the identity of the women here."
