"I came in on Friday to buy Hersey Kisses. The sign read, buy one get one free. I went to the cashier to pay and it did not show one was free, but one was half off. I ask the cashier about the decrepincey and she stated the sale started the next day. The sign should not have been posted before the sale. I should have been offered the buy one get one free since the sign read this was the case."

"Worst pharmacy ever, never have I been treated so rudely by a pharmacist than at this CVS, the main one is the epitome of a miserable troll. If zero stars was an option, that is the rating they would receive. I have been going to this location for two yeas now. One incident occurred when I went to get my prescriptions filled (after going there over a year) and I was told my doctor wasn't in their system and they couldn't fill them. Come to find out they had been filling my medicines under some OTHER doctors DEA number! The pharmacy manager Katrina was snippy and couldn't have been less unprofessional. Every time I tried to explain to her I was simply asking a question to understand better what the problem was she interrupted and kept telling me to leave. Completely rude, more concerned about getting back to her snacks than doing her job. I've also witnessed her being rude to other customers and in one situation yelling at the top of her lungs at a frail elderly person with a walker for absolutely no reason that I could discern, she seems to have a lot of bad days. Please transfer this nutjob, she has no business being a pharmacy manager."

"Great service at this location. They were able to fill a rare prescription for me and the pharmacist even saved me hundreds of dollars by recommending a coupon that was available. My only complaint is in regards to Google maps. The Google navigation leads you to the rear of the building which is just a white block wall with no signs or entrance. The store is only accessable on the opposite side, which is kinda hard to find based on where Google leads you. If you're having a hard time finding it, block around to the other side or cut through the strip mall parking lot to the left of the big block wall."

"The CVS location in Mountain Brook is very convenient. They have every thing that you might need. Wether its ice cream, soda, and candy. Or other items like deodorant and laundry detergent. There are open all the time so you can go in and get what ever you need. I have also found the school supplies section very useful. The store is also always kept very net. Five Stars, would recommend."
