"This one of the best attorneys I have ever experienced whatever he charge you he’s worth ever penny. He listen and not only help you make your case but also help ppl understand what your options is he is a good person and his wife will do anything she can to help you I appreciate both of them in my situation I promise you that you will never regret it he comes to the court on time and he will put you first"
"I got him through recommendation from Metro Bonding, mistake #1 made. I seen they were nice people so I went through with having him represent me, mistake #2. Mistake #3, He sold me a dream like he’d help me win the case and legit made me take a guilty plea on top of being an hour late. He handled me like he wanted me out of his face which i felt was unfair due to the money and time spent explaining everything to him. Day of court he wasn’t prepared he just winged it now I’m on probation for something I didn’t do. You get what you pay for, I should’ve paid more for someone who’d care more and actually win. His secretary was nice, that’s the only reason I stayed."
"Mr. Williams is a nice man but his wife, Lucy, is difficult to deal with. I tried to voice my concern about how none of my calls, voicemail, or email had been returned or responded too. In addition, there were a few tasks that I was advised would take place with did not. When I "tried" to explain this to Lucy she was very rude and condescending. I had to ask numerous of times may I speak and whenever I tried she would over talk me. She stated she does not know what Mr. Williams tells his clients and that she does not read minds and that if I have issues with how my case is being handled I may be refunded. At first I was concerned about not having a lawyer because the case was scheduled for May 29th. However, after thinking about the mistreatment and learning on May 27th (after calling the clerk myself) that my case was rescheduled for June I decided that was in my best interest. The best thing about all this was that fully refund me."
"I hired Rick for a custody case. A very very simple custody case where it was and is basically a sure win for me. Today was supposed to be the last one, where everything will be over and my daughter can have the first sense of normal in 2 years.. we get there, all other party’s attorneys show up, everyone involved show up, at 8 like we’re supposed to. I call Rick around 9, phone goes to voicemail. Around 9 I call a different attorney that works on the same building to find out that he is in another court room and his assistant isn’t in. So around 11:30 I heard that he was on the way.. at 1230, court started at 8 mind you, everyone walks out of the court room and up to us and said that court was rescheduled for 3 months out. Out of 3 court dates, he didn’t show for the first, sent someone else without telling me and that guy left without doing anything or letting me know anything. Second court date he gets there like 2 hours late. This was supposed to be the last one and he didn’t show up at all. This is just unacceptable. Totally avoidable misery on my daughter. It’s completely Rick over scheduling and being willing to take money and obligations that he can’t deliver on. If he was so busy, he could have told me that he couldn’t take on another client. I called them yesterday to even remind them and make sure they had us on his schedule.. “yes sure tomorrow at 8:00am” was the response I got… unacceptable. When you pay someone to do a service, they’re expected to do that service. Rick is a nice guy. And might be a good lawyer for some people. But he really let me down on this one, and throughout the whole process"
