"Terrible customer service. We paid $170 for 2 day passes and reserved 360 Chicago passes however the weather was inclement and there was no visibility so the vendor kindly allowed us to reschedule. Gocity automatically, cancelled our pass reservation and when I spoke to customer service on the phone they said it’s because we already used the pass for 2 days so it makes sense and there’s nothing they can do. They were extremely rude, incompetent, snd not accommodating. I strongly recommend to not use there company as their customer service is outsourced with associates oversees who think they are correct when they are not. It’s a waste of money and time using this pass, just purchase as each vendor separately for less headache and lies. Please do better."
"The passes are worth the buy. We did 3 full days and was able to do 4 out of the 5. The only thing is the app worked with passes the day before and the day we went we had to manually pull up the QR code so it was a bit frustrating plus we had to call in when getting my child's ticket. Could have been since we got it from T-Mobile 3rd party. It has too places to see. Highly recommend"
"Go City cards are incredible! I have used it in 2 cities so far, Boston and Chicago. Both gave us a plethora of information and options, and ultimately a starting point to explore without having to do much research. Both saved us TONS of money on admission fees to all of the attractions. Each time I opted for a 3 day all-inclusive pass, with the hop on/hop off and duck boat tours being the most informative parts. In each city we did tours that we wouldn't have otherwise spent the money on, but that ended up being some of our favorite sites. The site maps on the app are super helpful when it comes to making plans. We saved over $300 in Boston and $360 per person in Chicago, and we left both places feeling like we had really gotten a feel for the areas."
"Awesome package for seeing city attractions. I got the inclusive package which you can see sights multiple times over the course of days you pick. Visited Chicago’s field museum twice since it definitely took more than one afternoon to see everything with kids"
"Great experiences for the price. We did the all inclusive and visited the Willis tower Sky Deck, Art Museum, Planetarium, Navy Pier, Aquarium, Architecture Skyline boat tour and the hop on/hop off bus tour for about $100per person for the two day pass. Much cheaper than buying the tickets individually. Well worth it, also used the bus tour as a way to get around the city. Heads up the planetarium required reservations for the shows and the Art Museum is no longer accepting the gocity pass. Also make your reservations in advance!!!!!!"
