"My mother passed away. And has a loan. Took the will, obituary, and had the account number. Also I am executor of her estate. They would not give me any information as to her debt. Said I need her death certificate. The state is behind on issuing them. And the life insurance will be in before that comes in. And would have been paying off the loan and getting title transferred to my name on payoff since I am beneficiary of her estate. I will never use them personally nor will I recommend them. All her other debts were extremely easier to get taken care of than them."
