The whole staff is always super friendly and happy .the store is always super clean they always have a great selection of jewelry and Mrs Renie is always trying to get me the best deals she can . They have also helped me in the past when I was in a tough spot to get me the most that they could for my items I needed to pawn . Great people I highly recommend"

"Went to cash America to sell some jewelry that I had already researched the round about price for it an after the lady talked an talked nervously she finally said she could get me a great price an told me a number which was maybe 1/3 of what I had figured it would be an I knew i had one big thing that weighed alot alone was worth more than that . I told her that an she said I must have weighed it wrong (no she didn't) she had separated from my other stuff. An she gave me another ridiculously low number an I already knew I wouldn't sell my stuff to this lady no matter what. She seemed shocked and was trying to get all my stuff together (since she separated it) when I got outside I noticed a ring an chain missing she tried to tell me I must've dropped it cause she heard it hit the ground ( no she didn't) she finally when everyone is searching for my ring comes back outside an brings me back in to point out to me my ring laying under a tree inside that would have been no way that ring dropped an round over an under to that tree . This lady tried to scan me twice an tried to steal both my rings an ended up with a small 14 kt gold chain of mine in the end anyway! I will be calling the bbb!!"

"Was looking for a guitar, sat down played one for 10 minutes and was told I couldn't loiter. I was going to buy the guitar I was playing after I was done checking it out making sure it wasn't broke and sounded good , but the employee came off super rude. I was not bothering anyone."

"I have done a lot of business with this place and everyone that I have dealt with in the shop is wonderful and so sweet. They go above and beyond for their customers and will work with you if you cannot make your payment on time, whether it be a layaway or a pawn. They also started a thing where they call you ahead of your scheduled payment so that is extremely helpful. Amy is the absolute sweetest and has even spoken to me outside of the store. I will forever use this place and recommend them to everyone that I know."
