Reviews of Alabama High School Athletic Association
"Awesome Lunch and Learn wrestling meeting today."
"Was there for Lunch and Learn meetings."
"I am so glad I do not have a student playing any sport in Alabama. The way the refs cheat by not calling obvious fouls is ridiculous. The game should be won strictly based on the talents of the players on the field, not by the lack of integrity of the officiating staff. I went to a playoff game last Friday, one team had 12 men in the field right in front of the ref. Do you think he even bothered to throw a flag? Nope!! Same team in front of the same ref was holding every time on offense to allow their quarterback time to either throw or run. Do you think he threw a flag? Nope. Then to add injury to insult the home team was tackled for a loss and the head official once again allowed the ball to be placed at the original line of scrimmage when no penalty flag was thrown. I have never been to a football game where the head ref never threw a flag. Just gross negligence and disregard for sportsmanship. But he could pull out his phone and call the press box to ask the visiting team to boo or yell at them. Really!!!!!!"
"Bunch of deadbeats that sit around twirling their thumbs instead of taking care of business!! I wouldn't give two cents for the whole bunch!"
"I just watched the McGill Toolen Fairhope game and the officials shouldn't be allowed to call another game. Those Catholics really know how to steal a game."
