"They keep calling all day and all night. And I am paying the debt that shouldn't even be in the debt service. I was sent to collections illegally and no one cares. I still had a month to pay my bill. Now they are harassing me. Like seriously considering suing the entire company. The hospital and this place. Harassment is not fun or fair. Especially when you dont deserve it. A lady called today. And laughed at my payments. I asked why are you all repeatedly calling if you see steady payments..she was like I dont see commitment. Lmao. The money is being paid. STOP HARASSING PEOPLE. If you all have been harassed by hospitals and this company. Lets get together and place a class action lawsuit against them. I cannot be the only one experiencing illegal activities. Its too organized. They do this all the time. I wonder how many people were illegally put into this collection agency. "I have a medical bill that was sent to this collection agency, even though my medical bills were under review for charity assistance. I got approved for charity assistance from the hospital and called the agency to let them know that I no longer owe, due to financial assistance from the hospital. The bill went on my credit report before everything was handled."

"Called to see if they report to credit bureaus and they say no. I call the hospital where the bill came from and they say they do and so does there website. I ask for them to send me verification letter saying that it will not report to credit and that they are lying to me and they say that they can not send a letter saying that it won’t report to credit. Lady was rude when I kept questioning her about it."

"Someone named Tiara just called and got rude with me because I would not provide her with my personal information. She would not tell me why she was calling and hung up on me when I told her I could not verify my personal information without knowing who I was talking to."

"I have been getting calls from this company while at work so I goes straight to voicemail. I called back today to see what the call was about and was left on hold for the longest and when she returned she said, “so we have No representatives able right now.” Huh…how is that even possible. You call me several times a day and when I call back no one is free to talk. Such a shame"
