"Had a rib injury from falling out an attic. Went to get looked at here. The IV tech was ridiculous poling againa and again. Had my blood all over the place, all down my arm and the bed. They got me out my clothes a little rough. The x ray came back and he said I need a second opinion. No pain mess given. Only a mild NSAID was given. Also only pain medication that was administered while here made me sick after."

"We found our self in the ER early yesterday morning after something had been stuck in my seven year olds foot for the last week. I have tried so hard to get it out and it became infected. Within one hour Dr. Croasdell had an X-ray complete, gave him a nice numbing shot in the foot, popped the abscess and removed the huge splinter, administered his first dose of antibiotic and sent us on our way! Thank you for getting us in and out so fast and for handling my boy with such tender care! Not only was our service very timely, bedside manner was also top notch and the doctor made my seven year old feel very comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation."

"If I could rate this hospital a negative 10 I would. HORRIBLE horrible doctors, nurses whatever you wanna call them. I went in for severe pain and vomiting and they told me I had a uti and gave me some medication to take orally. All while I have been vomiting the entire time I had been there so how am I going to keep any of that down??? I’m not!!! They did not care.. would not give me a IV for fluids considering I couldn’t keep ANYTHING down as I was vomiting every few minutes.. I finally took the medication they gave me and guess what?? I Vomited it all up and they told me I was discharged so I left!! I came back home as I was out of town and went to my local er.. well come to find out I have a 7cm cyst on my ovary that is possibly twisting!! I have been in the er since 2pm YESTERDAY and it is now 1:15 am!! But oh yeah it was just a UTI!!! If this high cyst is twisting I may have to have emergency surgery to get it taken out but oh well it’s just a UTI. You get my point. I have never seen such a horrible er in my life and I would not recommend to ANYONE to ever go here even if you’re dying because they are the WORST!!!! The whole ER needs cleaned out I can’t imagine what the rest of the hospital is like."

"The ONLY good thing about this hospital is the phlebotomy/blood work staff. They have always been helpful and a listening ear to me especially when I needed it. I applaud them! As for the rest of the hospital, to put it mildly, unless you have blood work to get, do not entertain the idea of going to the ER at this facility. It could be even more fatal than your original ailment. To top things off at reception for the ER the staff can never remember your name. I stood there and listened to a woman call me Becca 6-8 times before I realized she thought that was my name…. Even after I had signed in and she had the paper work. It was a joke.."

"Literally the worst hospital ever experienced . The doctor named Avery doesn’t even listen to any of my concerns, and has no bed side manners, I don’t know if he’s having a bad day or just really a non caring person but he doesn’t deserve to be a doctor to anyone . By far the word I’ve came across and would never come back to this Scott Memorial health again. The disrespectful attitude towards his patients is disgusting and would not recommend this hospital to anyone. I will now drive 30 mins away to go to another hospital that has way better Doctors."
