"Called several vet clinics to get a quote on a neuter for a male cat. Was told a price, double checked the price with a pet assure benefits discount. Got medical records moved from his regular vet - was asked several times if he had his vaccinations, if he needed grooming, if nails needed to be trimmed, if he needed a bath. Just wanted to do the neuter. While dropping him off - was told that he may be subject to a first time patient fee and bloodwork for anesthesia that was separate from what I was told over the phone. I told the people at the front desk that I had was only prepared for what was discussed over the phone - they said that they would talk to the vet and these fees would likely be waived. I drove off and when I was half-way home - I got a call saying that the price was more than twice what I was originally told over the phone the day before - none of the fees would be waived - I drove back to pick my cat back up. Staff was un-apologetic during the entire process with the price bait and switch. Would not recommend."

"Dr. Williams and her vet tech were very great with my dog and her hurt paw. They were gentle and communicated on there plan to help her. We really appreciated that. They also knew my dog gets stressed out at the vet and did everything to make sure her visit less stressful. Camden at the front desk was very helpful with fitting us in for our last minute appointment too! :) We had a great vet visit and are happy we made the switch to Village Pet Care."
