"I actually believe when Dr Gatewood was my doctor, he actually cared about my health and life, he listened. Since then I would not recommend anyone, based on my experience, the way I was treated and judged based on my appearance. Definitely not professionals at this office, nor knowledgeable."

"Dr. Sara Cox was who helped my mom. Very rude, inconsiderate, and bias to how she thought my mother felt. My mother has had Vertigo for about a week and had went back in to the Dr to hope to get some physical therapy only to have Sarah rudely say “well you felt fine enough to drive here so I think we will let it run its course and see what happens” If I could give a zero… I would gladly do so. Poor customer service and people at this facility."

"Had an ear infection. Been battling this off and on for well over 2 decades. Years ago, was referred to Doctor Swim - who did absolutely nothing for me but take my money. Amazingly I got an appointment. Physician tried the same things that I said had been tried before and didn’t work! A week later and while doing to the letter what the physician instructed me to do, my other ear starts to get infected as well. Tried for close to 2hours to reach someone. I got an answering service who proceeded to tell me that the office don’t turn the phones on until 9am. When I finally reach the doctor office, they have no available appointments. My family doctor is great but was on vacation. This place is a joke! I don’t recommend going here!"

"Up until the last few months I loved this place and my Dr. I never had a Dr before but after seeing her, Dr. Gilliatte, once and the care provided I decided to stick with them. However, I am now on a prescription I have to request monthly and it's been a struggle to get on time and now, even with a weeks notice and many calls and notes sent to my Dr, I've been out of meds for 4 days. Front office just says,"Well she is a Dr." Ok and I'm a patient that shouldn't have to beg and fight for a refill on my meds! I messaged her nurse, get told she left a note....... another note. Call in the next day before they close after still no refill, front office staff even says it's rediculous and apologize saying all they can do is leave yet another note. So here I am still without meds and nothing I can do cuz all that they do is leave notes that don't get read. How long does it go on for until someone decides a note isn't good enough and walks up to her and tells her? Now on day 8 since original request has been put in, 4th day without. I'll just wait cuz she's impossible to get a hold of. I waited 5 days for a response to my messages of my legs barely working and falling again and pain so bad I was yelling out loud while my depression was also increasing from pain and lack of mobility. Even though it says takes up to 48hrs for a response. Idk what happened to the Dr I trusted but I hope things change and soon!"

"Came here almost my entire life, even when I grew up.In D.C. when we came back to Indiana we would still come here. All of the providers are nice. And they help those of us who need it when we don't expect it. 28 years and they've been wonderful to my family & I."
