"I went to a location in Meridian MS and was told I couldn't open a bank account because my business is located in Alabama (20 miles away from the location.) There are no banks where I do business. I also have another business in Marion, less than 2 miles down the road from this location. So I wanted to open an account. I was told that since my business is in Alabama that I couldn't open the account. That makes no sense. Trustmark does business in Alabama as well. So what does it matter? They need to train their people how to open accounts. It seems to be a common thing anywhere i go that people do not want to deal with opening accounts. I don't think they know how to do it correctly. You can go into one location and get one story, go into a different location and get something different."
