About Us
The Hoover Metropolitan Complex, located at 5508 Stadium Trace Parkway in Hoover, Alabama, is a premier stadium facility. Home to the SEC Baseball Tournament and Hoover High School Football, the stadium has a capacity of 10,800 which can be expanded to 16,000 with portable seating for any event. In addition to the stadium, the complex boasts five regulation-sized baseball fields (1 grass/4 turf), eight regulation-sized softball/little league fields, five multipurpose fields for lacrosse, soccer, or football, and 16 hard tennis courts. The outdoor space at the Hoover Met is truly exceptional and offers a wide range of sports facilities. Come visit us and see all that we have to offer!

"I attend many high school football games here. It's a great venue. My only complaint is the baseball net up during the football games. Otherwise it's a beautiful venue."

"Up until the World Games I had not been in this stadium. Lucky enough to acquire medal round tickets for Women's softball I finally had the opportunity to enter this facility. It is nicely kept and several places to get food and drinks. I was pleasantly surprised to see beer being sold here. The seats were great and the sky from the sunset was an excellent backdrop as the game began. It was Team USA versus Japan for the gold medal. It was a close game with the umpires making it interesting with a few questionable calls but Tesm USA prevailed 3 - 2 avenging their loss to Japan in the 2020 Olympics. The Hoover police did a terrific job managing traffic and providing escort for the athlete's to and from the stadium. If I get the opportunity to attend another sporting event here I will definitely go back."
"A beautiful complex! Laid out nice. Turf fields, no spikes. Great parking. Entry fees with card reader only, no cash accepted at entry. Bleachers with shade. Can bring tents and chairs. Great concession options. No seeds or gum allowed. Clean restrooms."
"Great experience. Hoover does a super job hosting the SEC Baseball Tournament. The Stadium is well suited for college baseball and has great parking facilities which happen to be free (at least for the SEC Tourney). Lots of places to get food and drink. Friendly staffers."
