"Got rid of the curbside prescription pick up for what I can guess is they didn't want to do it anymore. No drive through either, and probably can't add one. Had to switch to here due to too many issues with other local pharmacies. Such an inconvenience to me, and others I'm sure, having to park.. go in, and wait in line just for a prescription."

"I had knee surgery last week. Went and purchased a wheelchair at the Columbia city location. Once outside in front of the store an employee and the store manager opened the box and put it together. Then both helped my brother get me into the one i purchased. I can't thank them enough."

"These people are truly rude and condescending. They have no people skills at all. Usually out of the medicine that you need requiring 2 trips. To wait 3.5 hours to fill a prescription because you know someone is waiting on it is purely wrong. Yea Chad, you're a winner. Hope no one in your family EVER gets the treatment I got."

"These people over here are just absolutely terrible and have no idea what they are doing! Went to pick up my prescription and while waiting in line they were unable to give people in front of me there medicine because no ones insurance was working(apparently) and then when I went to get mine and they said they didn’t have it so I went and called me doctors and made sure it was sent there and they called me to let me know it would be about 10-15 minutes for my prescription so I walked around Walmart and went to go pick it up and they said they were unable to fill it because it went to a different Walmart and they forgot to call and have it transferred to them. Then after screwing me around for so long they said they wouldn’t be able to get my medicine before lunch if they called and had it transferred. The best part is it’s just eye drops so they wouldn’t have had to do any labor! My family will never go back to this Walmart pharmacy and I recommend that everyone go to the one on Lima road they never screw it up like Columbia city."

"The pharmacy his name is Scott. Well he don't like my husband so I have a very bad experience at the pharmacy only when Scott is there. He needs a attitude adjustment . He is not very nice and other people in the store hear him. I don't understand what his personal feelings has to do with my husband picking up my drugs?
