"Double charged for medication, did not submit insurance claims correctly (submitting then reversing them over and over) which resulted in many hours of research, and more money out of my pocket. Reached out to the pharmacy and although the majority of the staff were congenial, the Director was less than helpful, had no concern for patient experience, was rude, refused to listen to the facts, assumed no culpability, talked over patient, had no desire to rectify the situation and blamed everyone else. She had such a poor attitude, she said they didn’t have to do anything. I’ll never spend another dime with this group."
