"Don’t waste your time!! Tried to transfer my sons prescription and could not get anyone to help. After talking to the pharmacy on the phone and in person multiple times they blamed the existing pharmacy for the issue. There is no record at our old pharmacy of Kroger reaching out to transfer the script. I finally got someone to process the request and said I would get a text with 24-48 hours. Been days and still no text and our old pharmacy still has not received a transfer request."
