"Waiting 30 Minutes on the phone an no one answers, call back for another 20 minute NO ANSWER.... I call back while in the Kroger and all they do is keep putting the phone call in hold.... So I went in to ask for my prescription and it wasn't ready, SHE HAS THE AUDACITY to tell me: NEXT TIME YOU SHOULD CALL FIRTS TO ASK!!!!!!!!!!!! THE NERVE OF THIS PEOPLE! DONT GO HERE!"

"I had a prescription called into Walgreens. I gave them a few hours to fill it and went to pick it up. The guy said they weren't "contracted" for those prescriptions and would have to pay full price. I asked them to send it over to Kroger, so I could fill it there. He said they couldn't and I would have to call my doctor to change it. After calling and getting it moved, Kroger had it ready in no time. They were super nice and efficient. I absolutely will be using this pharmacy from now on!"
