"At the beginning, the team was very helpful and willing to take the time to answer any questions we had. Towards the end, there was a lot of disconnect within the team. They pulled a second credit report with very little warning, and our final interest rates ended up higher due to an outstanding balance on the credit card that had already been payed off. They also sent multiple quotes that were missing numbers for the estimated closing cost, as well as telling us the wrong estimated monthly payments. A lot of this caused unnecessary stress during the mortgage process. However, they are very responsive and easy to get ahold of!"
