Tower Loan

"I’m past due. Who’s not now days? The store manager shows up at my house, is caught on ring peering into my door, cussing at my barking dogs through the door. Several calls and letters arrive demanding that I change my promise to pay date to a date that works for them. Then they CANCEL my payment arrangement, without any notification. This “man” shows back up 02.14 after I have emailed the Regional Manager that I’m behind and no matter what I always make my payments as promised. This “man” walks into my yard and starts on “you must not know who I am” and I at first politely tell him to leave, then he keeps approaching me threatening to sue me, ruin my credit (ha it’s already ruined, that’s why I had to borrow from these people) and doesn’t back down from advancing towards me, after I’m repeating myself that he is not welcome and has been asked to not return. My husband pulls up and it becomes confrontational, this guy will not back down. All of it was recorded and has been turned over to my attorney. Promises to sue me and ruin me. Safe yourself the hassle.. don’t borrow from these people."
