"The Jamestown Witham extension is fantastic a true delight to visit unlike the ZIONSVILLE office where they play with the insurance. I had two scheduled appointments at the ZIONSVILLE office. The first visit they neglected to advise me the road was closed completely so I had to reschedule. The second time I arrived early due to the road being closed. Yes I was there and hour early. There were two individuals ahead of me both seeing other doctors not one was seeing my doctor. At the prescribed time for my appointment I was the only one in the office. I waited ten minutes pas my appointment time then checked on my appointment. The receptionist told me there was still one ahead of me. THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE OFFICE BUT ME. She, the receptionist, told me I could reschedule I said fine and was getting quite upset but kept my temper in check. Then the receptionist told me I would be a late no show for insurance purposes. WHAT I SAT THERE FIR NOW AN HOUR AND A HALF AND IM A LATE NO SHOW. I just had to get out of there. This is why I went to Jamestown and thank God I Did."
