"This lender has a lot of problems and has questionable practices. Was told a certain amount needed at close and the he day of close that amount mysteriously increased unbeknownst to the buyer. Closing rest and then hours before , was told they are missing a “ letter” of employment and now closed by has been delayed again. Better do your research before using these people. I’m sure they will challenge these statements but proof is in the pudding."
