"Worst bank ever! It seems like every time I go there something is wrong. Today I got to the atm to deposit money guess what it’s broke AGAIN. Ok I’ll just go to the drive thru guess what it’s closed! Get it sorted out seriously::"

"Friendly staff. We’ve had several interactions (notary, business questions, etc.) and the staff is always available to answer questions or help us set an appt with someone who is more knowledgeable on the topic. Great experience every time."

"I’ve banked with Regions for well over a decade in MO and this branch is a joke! Unorganized, unhelpful and incompetent. Went in to get a proof of funds for a home purchase, the woman said she would email it to me. Never received it. Called back and the woman on the phone assured me it was being emailed by closing yesterday. Had to go back this morning and it still hadn’t been taken care of. I sat and waited until Rhonda could get a one sentence letter completed. If I need anything else, I’ll call my MO branch and have them take care of it. Very disappointing level of service from beginning to end."

"I've been banking with regions Bank through my business and personal accounts for 15 years. Today may have been the last straw, I was driving up to the drive-thru and was about three car lengths away when they turn the sign over to closed and when I pulled up a second later they just ignored me. This was on a Friday afternoon at 5 last business day of the month. Why are banks closing at 5 on a Friday now? Don't even get me started on Saturdays. I don't know how many times I've done a transaction through the drive-thru, and not even heard a hello goodbye or thank you or my name. I think I'll be going to a bank that's a little more hometown."
