Carle at Watseka

"Use to be you could call when sick and get in to see Dr that day. Now, everytime I call, I'm told to use ER, I prompt care or urge care. I was told to call when ears hurt because I'm prone to infection and vertigo. But they don't seem to care anymore. They don't seem to care about their patients at all. It's not just Watseka. I also called Milford and got same response. Carle is a joke."

"Do NOT recommend Dr Yu. The wait is often long. Dr Yu gets confused about what my diagnoses are during the appointment. Doesn't know what common drugs are prescribed for. Kept telling me I was on nothing for blood pressure when I am on two meds for it. Went to her with a handful of conditions and months later I still had all the same problems. Will not treat any kind of pain. UPDATE her front office staff have made it clear how much they hate my insurance. They've told me I need to switch to Carle's insurance plan Health Alliance. How is this legal that a doctors office accepts my insurance, but refuses to do referrals and make the front office staff tell me to switch insurances. Once again Carle and staff put money ahead of care in every way."

"Dr Meena is hands down the best pediatrician in the area! She is thorough, listens and doesn't use a computer to diagnose. We have gone thru some pretty major medical issues in the last year and she has been wonderful every step of the way! Highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for primary care for the children!!!"

"Used to be Robert's clinic in Watseka until Carle bought them out. Doctor's have no sense of listening to their patients here. The hours switched from 8a to 5p - during most peoples' work hours. The nurse's are barely trained. Absolutely garbage clinic wouldn't trust any of their staff to take care of me. Go to Riverside it's right next door."
