Dunaway's Imperial Pharmacy

"This use to be a really really good pharmacy but now it's not. My dad gets his medicine all of his really important medicine and they don't ever have it. Just like today they said he didn't have to pay NOTHING but he had to pay 32$ and they gived his insulin to someone else. All i can say is DO NOT COME HERE because like 80% of the time they will not have the medicine EDIT also my dad just called to ask when his meds will come and the person told my dad that he didn't have to be rude cause he just said that they just went down hill and he wasn't even being rude....i really would not come here"

"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Old woman was rude and didn't even try to help. Just kept saying "it's not our problem" . Rude is a nice way to put it. Will never go back. They are very brave for the way they talk to people...might not turn out so well for them in the long run. Literally rolled their eyes when my little girl said hello. She's 9. Useless wastes of life."

"I’ve loved Dunaways for years now. I thought it was the best small town pharmacy ever. Until recently! I wasn’t aware my medicine cost, I’m in the hospital. Yet Mike is harassing me about 21 dollars and some change. He had the audacity to say he won’t forget that I owe. I’m not trying to cheat them. I mean it’s only 20 dollars but I’m in the hospital. He expected me to pay over the phone. Even though I’ve been a long time customer.. he treated me very disrespectfully. When I get out the hospital, I’m going to personally deliver his funky money and will never use this pharmacy again!!! The world is really changing. No one believes in treating people with love and respect anymore. Very shameful because I loved Dunaways. I will always cherish Jen, she is such a seeetheart. But Mike! Old angry man. I pray for him!"

They Also Are One Of The Few Places Left, That Still Delivers Your Medicine To You!
