"If you are a first-time home buyer and entering the loan approval process for the first time you need a partner that will explain the process in way that is easily understood, be at your side from the day you submit your application to the day you close on your home. You need the team at JTS. My wife and I are relocating from Alabama to my wife’s hometown of Caledonia, MS. I have suffered through the mortgage approval process several times in the past and I was not looking forward to doing it again.
