"They call and leave no message, billing sends no bills then they send a letter saying they are turning over a bill to collections,a bill you didn't know you had until then. On top of that,I STILL haven't received ANYTHING from them on a coding error on their part and said my then insurance refused to pay,it went into review and still no answer on what is the final amount is. Calling Union Hospital billing means you'll be on hold for on average 20-30. It's bad enough we have to deal with medical problems then have the "healers" be so incompetent when it comes to billing and communication,leave a message, it's not hard to do."

"Had surgery and afterwards came a plethora of bills...all from different parts of the hospital. After difficulty in getting them to roll all of it into one account, I finally set it up for monthly installments which they automatically deducted until this past December. Out of nowhere, with no notice or anything, they stopped the installments and turned my account over to a collections agency. Coupled with an interaction with Dr. Jafar (arguably the worst medical practitioner I've had the displeasure to meet) amd others I know who have worked for Union, it is clear this medical giant is only interested in the monetary and not in our actual well-being. Sad that they've pretty much taken over almost every medical provider in town."

"Have some consideration and empathy regarding the visiting hours for patients who are being moved to hospice or in critical condition. I shouldn’t have to even ask that, my brother and I wanted to spend more time with my Mother and were just sitting in the room with our Mom when asked to leave and security was threatened to be called. Totally unnecessary. Kris Kittleson Moody is awful and has poor bedside manner! The communication among care teams are lacking and no one seems to be on the same page."

"My father-in-law was in ICU for 1 week before he passed away. 2 nurses there were terrible, Danyelle and Suzanne were unfriendly, showed no empathy or compassion and treated us horribly. They need to find another profession!"

"Worst hospital a few good nurses..mostly staff sitting behind their desk gossiping and judging its horrible and very sad that a hospital has came to this no compassion at all and no knowledge on how to treat people with a mental illness or even try to understand what the person is going very disappointed in the emergency room. People go thru life tragedy learn to have compassion when they come to the er with a child or family member not every person reacts the same not everyone is programmed the same learn the difference. It's sad!"
