"Another wonderful experience this morning. I came in to register my vehicle from another State to Alabama. The young Lady called me up right away and it took us 10 minutes from start to finish. Great experience, professional and friendly Staff."
"Jenny at the notary counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was speaking very kindly and meekly for 90% of the time I spoke to her, and she was immediately combative the moment I tried to ask her (VERY politely) why she couldn’t help me with the examination of my I9 documents. When I asked her what I should do because they couldn’t solve my problem at this office, again, politely, she said “I’m not going to argue with you,” which was so confusing, because I was actively trying to ask about it politely. From the get go, she was so extremely rude and clearly unwilling to be helpful. It’s clear she’s neither trained in updated notary practices or social competence in the workplace. I suspect she didn’t attempt to help me because it was 20 minutes to close and she didn’t want to have to do the work"
"Went to renew my DL and it was quick and easy! I was in and out in less than 15 min. The clerk was friendly and helpful."
