"Closed on Monday Memorial Day. Posted it was open. Then, Deaconess Family Pharm didn't notify the patient that prescribed medication not available at that pharmacy, and was "backlogged". Patient then had to go without needed med during a clinical visit where this med was required for comfort during a procedure. The patient then called their regular pharmacy and was told that no backlog is noted on that med. That they had "plenty in stock". Patient did, though, have to call prescriber themselves to have a new order called in. 2nd pharmacy had the medication filled within an hour. Also, medication was cheaper than at Deaconess by $14. Poor consumer service."
