Walmart Pharmacy

"I live in the area. It’s a fine Walmart. Pretty good selection and usually have most of what I need. The main dislike is their stock. For some reason this particular Walmart doesn’t stay stocked up, on almost everything. Any time I go there are lots of empty shelves and sometimes I can’t get what I need because of the stock. Other than that it’s fine."

"Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the pharmacist Matthew for going out of his way, on a busy Monday for the pharmacy, to make sure I my prescription that had to be ordered and came in on Monday. Thanks to Matthew, I was able to make my brother's granddaughters Christmas pagent in Sellersburg."

"My Doctor called in two prescriptions for me this morning as soon as the Pharmacy opened. I went to the Pharmacy at 1130 am to pick them up and there were 5 people working in the Pharmacy, two Pharmacist and three technicians. Everyone was looking up and making slight eye contact as if they were waiting it out to see who was going to address customers. Finally after being addressed the female technician said you have one script available then asks were you expecting two as if she already knew the answer to her question. Yes there is supposed to be two. She said the second one isn’t in stock according to her computer. She then proceeds to ask another technician that is holding three boxes of the supposed not in stock prescription and said it would be 15 minutes and he’d have it ready. During that time I waited nauseated and vomited twice while still waiting. I went back to the Pharmacy desk the same female technician came to the front. She confronts the male technician about not getting my second prescription ready and he said he forgot and it would be ready later today. This is not the first time this Pharmacy has been unprofessional and very incompetent. I finally got a call at 6:38pm my second prescription was ready. That was the longest 15 minutes of my life."

"Cheaper than other local places but very under staffed. Always takes forever to get to the front of line and even then most of the times they haven't even refilled your order. I always call in refills 4 days in advance and the past three times I called in I still had to wait a day without my medicine! They are also very rude when you ask them about unfilled meds. The one lady today told me that they have had bigger problems lately, that doesn't mean that you can't do your job. Very rude attitude almost every visit."

"Everytime I come here to pick up medicine there is ALWAYS a line. Usually just one person working at the registers. Customers have better things to do than wait in a never ending line."
