Reviews
"Honestly Navigator Credit Union has been the best of three banks I have had over the past 10 years! Savannah was so kind and helpful! Love my bank!"
"I've been with navigator credit Union since I worked at Ingalls back in 2006. I never asked to get a personal or secured loan from them. I wasn't taught much about financing as a kid, but over the years I learned being a member of a Credit union is a powerful tool for financing. Im on my 4 Loan with them from 10k- 65k. They are always profession in offering options with financing. Great rates too. It blows my mind they are only rated a 3.8."
"Very good experience and happy with the customer service."
"So I walk in the bank and I see a young lady sitting at her desk. I stopped to ask her a question and she was able to answer my question. So then I asked her will she be able to help me with the problem I was having, with transferring my money from PayPal to my bank account. Miss Latoya Took her time and help me get the issue resolved. Latoya at Navigator on Jackson Street in Pascagoula Mississippi, is an awesome, caring ,magnificent worker. Thank you Ms Latoya."
"Been with them for 5 yrs, and I never have felt like they gave a dam about me. When a problem would show up, it was never their fault, even after investigating and finding it was their fault. And when I lost my job, I got called once a month, once a week, then three times a week, for payments on my visa card. I made payments when I could. I was told it would be written off, thar was 5 to 6 months ago. Have a job again, checks go to the bank, and their policy is everything that goings in is theirs till loan is paid, so two paychecks in a row, I saw nothing. How do you feed your kids when you get no money. I'd prefer to give them no stars."
